KANGAROO
I know, I know it wasn't even on the list, but it just seems to fit. Before she was born she seemed to kick a lot more often and a lot harder than any of the others ever did. Then the first thing she did upon being born was kick me several times. When she cries you can often calm her down by gently bouncing her up and down. Plus she has big feet.
ETA: The roo had her two week checkup today. She is now 8 pounds 10 ounces and 20 inches long.

It does seem to fit! Good choice. And kangaroos seem pleasant without being smiley. That fits too right now!
