The Munchkins

Maes is 10 days old! By now Nadia had already been out and about to stores as well as a 3 hour trip to her grandparents. Finn, well he was still in the hospital. Maes, well we're being a little more conservative with him than with Nadia. He came home from the hospital and has stayed home. Of course he get's plenty of over stimulation right here, we don't really need to go anywhere for that. His siblings and cousin cover that just fine. Now on to some pictures.

Here he is Tuesday night after his first bath at home. A sponge bath of course, and well let's just say he wasn't too fond of it. He's also not a big fan of lotion (and yes I warmed it up first). He looks content here, because he had just been fed before I took the picture.

Don't mind the grimace. The flash was not his friend for this picture.

Here we have Finn helping me with the laundry. Which consisted of him picking up something and thrusting it at me "Here Mom."

Meanwhile Nadia was just hanging out with Maes. Notice the bandaid. That's right we can wear them now (and also want them all the time for any little thing real or imaginary). However, they can't be the ugly kind. They have to be Princess bandaids.

Finn thought hanging out with Maes looked like fun and so came over to join. I know I know no pants, but at least Nadia's dressed. (Which is a pretty big accomplishment on some days.)

Nadia was very concerned about his pacifier. And was constantly checking on it.

Here Finn is being a little possessive. He kept trying to shove Nadia away saying, "My baby."

Finn eventually got bored and decided to put on a pair of daddy's socks instead.

And here is one with Maes's eyes open. He's actually started to be awake quite a bit more. Of course he still sleeps a large majority of the time. And often those times he chooses to be awake are after middle of the night feedings, but that's ok because he's so cute.
