What a crazy week we've had. We're in the middle of moving to Grandma and Grandpa's house and so the little ones had to be left there while Mamma and Daddy went to the apartment and packed and moved things. Saturday, when Mamma and Daddy came back to get them Finn was sick. He had a fever of 102. It lasted about 24 hours.
On Teusday, Nadia went to the Doctor for a pre-op physical. We were told she was a healthy two year old, though a small one. 27.8 lbs and 34 and 1/8 inches tall. She was all up on her immunizations so we didn't have to worry about that, but she needed to have her finger pricked and a blood sample taken. That did not go over well. So we took our crying baby to her Grandma's while we went to do some more packing. She was napping when we left (which is unusual) but we put it down to her finger. When we got back we found Nadia had a fever. She also threw up twice that night. She was supposed to go to the eye doctor on Wednesday morning, but we had to reschedule for Friday.
Friday morning we got her to the eye doctor and had her all checked out. Got back just in time to take Finn to the doctor for a checkup. 22.7 lbs, 30 and 1/4 inches tall. He then had some immunizations and his finger pricked for blood. However, he handled it much better than his sister.
As if this hasn't tired us out Nadia has to go in for eye surgery tomorrow morning at 6:00 am. We'll update more after that is said and done.

I feel your pain! Hope the surgery goes well.According to Becky, Jeff got sick right before his surgery too which made them postpone it.
Looking forward to hearing about it!
